I had purchased two JBL Studio Monitors and the seller desired to use USHIP. I'm a well versed EBAY seller but normally what I ship is very small, high ticket packages - diamonds. So I use US Postal Service Registered Mail and US Postal Service Express Guaranteed Next Day Service. When I posted the JBL Studio Monitors for shipping on USHIP [again this is my first time], I stated that I had shipped an identical pair of monitors in the past for just $32 through Fed Ex Ground. That is $32 EACH for a total of $74. I just needed to make that very, very clear. I am so glad LAKE NORMAN TRANSPORTATION & TRUCKING bid my posting and were subsequently my service used. They fit my shipping needs to a "T." Excellent communications, fast & polite service and my product arrived safe & sound. [No pun intended. You know speakers, sound - forget about it]. LAKE NORMAN TRANSPORTATION is a trucking & delivery company that I will ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS use in the future-period. I state that without any reservations or equivocations. And YES, I would use LAKE NORMAN TRANSPORTATION again, again & again. I am ecstatic finding a company of their caliber for my special shipping needs. Please remember this last paragraph and testimony. Having retired for just over [7] seven years, from the United States Postal Service as a Customer Service Associate, with almost 20 years of service, it was my primary job to provide a tailored service to anybody that needed an item to get from "point A to point B," hopefully leaving the customer confident, assured & satisfied that it would safely arrive. We did do that, most of the time. If we did a better job there wouldn't be FEDEX Ground, UPS and other shipping companies performing similar service. LAKE NORMAN TRANSPORTATION fulfills that special niche for customers that the US Postal Service and others cannot and will not provide.
